Welcome to our practice! We’re so glad you chose us for your health care provider. We’ll do all we can to help you achieve your health goals. Registration forms can be completed online or when you arrive at our clinic.
Please allow 45 minutes for your first visit, and bring your insurance card when you come.
When You Arrive
Our friendly staff will greet you warmly upon arrival. We onboard new patients over the first two visits. The first appointment consists of an in-depth consultation, where our doctor will walk you through what to expect on this visit. They’ll ask about the issue that brought you in today, and any possible lifestyle factors that might contribute to the problem.
Next, the doctor will compile a detailed health history, do a comprehensive physical exam, and take X-rays. The doctor often gives the first adjustment that same day. Once done, you’ll schedule your second visit as soon as possible.
The Report of Findings
When you come in for your second visit, your doctor will review the results of your exams, tests, and X-rays with you, explaining what they found and how it relates to your problem. They’ll discuss how we plan to help you, how long it will take, when you’ll begin to see results, and how much it will cost.
You’ll also receive your care plan and doctor recommendations. You always have the final say in your care—if you choose to continue, you’ll receive your second adjustment at this time. Our staff will then set up your next appointments according to your plan.
Financial Responsibility
Our doctor discusses the cost of your plan on the second visit. For those with insurance, you’ll find out what your plan will cover, and what, if any, co-pays or deductibles you’re responsible for. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, HSA plans, and auto accident and workers’ compensation assignments.
Our fees are comparable for the area. We also offer affordable cash rates, flexible cash payment plans, and accept most major credit cards.
